Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vnímání role učitele ve vzdělávacím procesu z pohledu žáků a učitelů vybrané základní školy. Zkoumá, jaké vlastnosti, dovednosti a další faktory považují respondenti za klíčové pro to, aby učitel pozitivně ovlivňoval vyučovací proces a rozvoj žáka. Cílem práce je tedy identifikovat názory žáků a učitelů vybrané školy na to, co má podle nich splňovat ideální učitel. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. Začíná teoretickým rámcem, který pojednává o roli a významu učitele ve výchově a vzdělávání. Významná část teoretického ukotvení je pak věnována osobnostním rysům a psychické odolnosti učitelů, jejich autoritě v pedagogickém procesu a klíčovým teoriím ovlivňujícím jejich profesní kompetence. Součástí analýzy je také typologie učitelských osobností a přehled vlastností a dovedností, které jsou podle aktuálních odborných zdrojů, strategie vzdělávací politiky a kompetenčního rámce absolventa učitelství klíčové pro učitele 21. století. Empirická část zahrnuje smíšený výzkum mezi učiteli a žáky na druhém stupni vybrané základní školy, jejichž získané názory a očekávání jsou analyzovány a konfrontovány s aktuální představou ideálního (tj. kompetentního) učitele, o které pojednává teoretická část. This diploma thesis focuses on the perception of the teacher's role in the educational process from the perspective of students and teachers at a selected elementary school. It examines which qualities, skills, and other factors respondents consider essential for a teacher to positively influence the teaching process and student development. The aim of the thesis is to identify the opinions of students and teachers at the selected school on what they believe constitutes an ideal teacher. The thesis is divided into two main parts. It begins with a theoretical framework that discusses the role and significance of teachers in education. A significant portion of the theoretical foundation is dedicated to teachers' personality traits and psychological resilience, their authority in the pedagogical process, and key theories influencing their professional competencies. The analysis also includes a typology of teacher personalities and an overview of the qualities and skills that, according to contemporary academic sources, educational policy strategies, and the competency framework for teaching graduates, are crucial for 21st-century teachers.
