Bakalářská práce se zabývá logopedickou intervencí u dětí s Downovým syndromem. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat průběh logopedické terapie a zjistit, na které oblasti komunikačních schopností se u těchto dětí nejvíce zaměřuje. Teoretická část vymezuje Downův syndrom, jeho etiologii, typické znaky a specifika vývoje řeči, jazyka a komunikace u dětí s touto genetickou odchylkou. Dále se věnuje logopedické intervenci s důrazem na logopedickou terapii, symptomatické poruše řeči a možnostem využití alternativní a augmentativní komunikace. Empirická část práce je založena na kvalitativním šetření, v němž byly využity metody obsahové analýzy dostupných dokumentů a zúčastněného pozorování. Získaná data byla následně zpracována do případových studií. V nich je kromě osobní, rodinné a školní anamnézy popisován také průběh logopedické terapie tří sledovaných dívek s Downovým syndromem ve věku 11-13 let. Výsledky šetření ukazují, že logopedická terapie je i na počátku staršího školního věku pro děti s Downovým syndromem velmi přínosná a potřebná. Její frekvence i průběh jsou vždy individuálně přizpůsobeny potřebám a možnostem rodiny i klinického logopeda. U sledovaných dívek je v rámci terapie nejvíce věnována pozornost zlepšování srozumitelnosti verbálního projevu, rozšiřování slovní zásoby a porozumění. Okrajově... This bachelor's thesis focuses on speech therapy intervention in children with Down syndrome. The primary goal is to analyse the process of speech-language therapy and determine which areas of communication are most frequently targeted. The theoretical section defines Down syndrome, its etiology, typical characteristics, and the specifics of speech, language, and communication development in children with this genetic condition. It also discusses speech therapy intervention with a focus on speech-language therapy, symptomatic speech disorders, and the potential use of alternative and augmentative communication. The empirical section is based on qualitative research, using the method of content analysis of available documents and participant observation. The collected data were processed into three case studies. Each study includes information about the participant's personal, family, and educational history, along with a description of the process of speech therapy intervention for three girls with Down syndrome aged 11-13.
