Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení stávajícího systému odměňování a hodnocení zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti a na vyhotovení návrhů změn vedoucích ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Pro zjištění stávající situace ve společnosti byla použita metoda zkoumání interních materiálů s provedením dotazníkového šetření spokojenosti se systémem odměňování a hodnocení mezi zaměstnanci. Na základě zjištěných informací byly předloženy návrhy změn jako zavedení Ovocného dne, koupě post-mixů, příspěvky na dopravu a zlepšení dosavadního systému hodnocení zaměstnanců. The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation current rewarding system and employees rating in selected company and on the preparation of proposals for changes leading to increased employee happiness. To finding out the current situation in the company, was used method of examining internal company materials with a questionnaire survey of happiness with current rewarding system and evaluation between employees. Based on the obtained informations, I submitted proposals for changes as the introduction of Fruit Day, purchase of post-mixes, transport allowances and improvements to the existing employee rating system.
