Výstavba větrné elektrárny je komplexním projektem, jenž se skládá z několika částí a některé z nich mohou být velmi časově náročné. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou související se stavebním povolením pro tyto elektrárny v České republice. Řeší požadavky stavebního úřadu, který povolení vydává. Práce zdůvodňuje jejich existenci, a to zejména z pohledu daným zákonem. Využívá přitom reálné existující požadavky pro konkrétní záměr a mapuje současnou (2025) legislativní situaci. Taktéž nastiňuje průběh projektu realizace větrné elektrárny a v rámci něj uvádí do souvislosti i samotné stavební řízení. Mimo to se věnuje možnostem využití a použití těchto zdrojů elektrické energie a popisuje je i z technické stránky. Dohromady práce přináší ucelený pohled na propojení záměru výstavby a zákona. The construction of a wind power plant is a complex project that consists of several stages, some of which can be very time-consuming. This bachelor’s thesis addresses issues related to obtaining building permits for such power plants in the Czech Republic. It examines the requirements imposed by the building authority responsible for issuing the permits. The thesis justifies their necessity, particularly from the perspective of the relevant legislation. It draws on real-world requirements for a specific project and maps the current (2025) legislative landscape. Moreover, it outlines the course of the wind power plant’s implementation and situates the building permit process within that framework. In addition, it explores the possibilities for utilizing and applying these sources of electrical energy, also describing them from a technical standpoint. Overall, the thesis presents a comprehensive view of the interrelation between the construction project and the law.
