Tématem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace novostavby bytového domu v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm na sídlišti Láz. Bytový dům se nachází na Kulturní ulici, která prochází již zmiňovaným sídlištěm vystavěným na konci 80. let minulého století. Řešený objekt svým celkovým tvarem a vzhledem zapadá do současné zástavby panelových domů, kde vhodně doplňuje stávající zástavbu. Navrhovaný bytový dům je jednoduchá stavba o čtyřech nadzemních podlažích. Dům má obdélníkový půdorys a plochou střechu. Materiálově bude dům omítnutý ve světlém odstínu v kombinaci s tmavým soklem a barevnými pásy na fasádě. Okenní rámy budou provedeny v odstínu antracit, klempířské konstrukce v materiálu titanzinek. Dům bude založen na ŽB monolitických betonových základových pasech. Mezi základovými pasy bude realizována roznášecí betonová deska. Obvodové stěny v suterénu jsou navrženy jako ŽB monolitické. Obvodové stěny v nadzemních podlažích se vyzdí z broušených keramických bloků a budou zatepleny fasádním systémem ETICS. Vnitřní nosné stěny a příčky budou vyzděny z akustických broušených keramických bloků a stropy jsou navrženy ŽB monolitické. Střecha bytového domu je plochá jednoplášťová, opatřena povlakovou krytinou z PVC-P folie. Bakalářská práce je tvořena hlavní textovou částí a přílohovou částí The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a new apartment building in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm in the Láz housing estate. The apartment building is located on Kulturní Street, which runs through the aforementioned housing estate built in the late 1980s. The designed object fits into the current development of panel houses with its overall shape and appearance, where it suitably complements the existing development. The proposed apartment building is a simple structure with four above-ground floors. The house has a rectangular floor plan and a flat roof. The house will be plastered in a light shade in combination with a dark plinth and colored strips on the facade. The window frames will be made in anthracite, the plumbing structures in titanium zinc. The house will be founded on reinforced concrete monolithic concrete foundation strips. A load-bearing concrete slab will be implemented between the foundation strips. The perimeter walls in the basement are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic. The perimeter walls on the above-ground floors will be built of ground ceramic blocks and will be insulated with the ETICS facade system. The internal load-bearing walls and partitions will be built of acoustic ground ceramic blocks and the ceilings are designed with monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof of the apartment building is a flat single-skin roof, equipped with a PVC-P foil coating. The bachelor's thesis consists of the main text part and the appendix part
