Předmětem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout chladírnu a mrazírnu masa, ovoce a zeleniny v Bohuslavicích u Kyjova v Jihomoravském kraji na místě bývalého kravína. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní budovu, které výškově dominuje zejména výrobní část s mrazícími a chladícími boxy s maximální světlou výškou dosahující až 6,6 m. Zbytek dispozice byl rozdělen do čtyř částí navazujících na výrobní prostory. V jihozápadní části se nacházejí technické prostory. S nimi sousedí zastřešený expediční prostor, který bude umožňovat pohodlnou manipulaci se zbožím za každého počasí. Poslední, výškově rozdělenou část tvoří prostory pro zaměstnance s administrativní částí v 2.NP s okny orientovanými na severovýchod. Dvoupodlažní stavba se vyznačuje zejména nápadným exteriérem ve formě pilových střech. Jejich tvar byl inspirován typickou vesnickou zástavbou se sedlovými střechami. Vyosení hřebenů k severovýchodní straně bylo způsobeno snahou maximalizace plochy fotovoltaických panelů orientovaných na jihozápad se sklonem 25°. Právě energie z fotovoltaických panelů by měla být využívána k provozu chladírenských a mrazírenských boxů. Tvaru střech bylo pomocí lamelových vazníků z estetického hlediska využito v expedičním prostoru a administrativní části. Jako opláštění celé budovy byly zvoleny sendvičové panely, pomocí nichž je stavba barevně rozlišena na výrobní část a ostatní prostory. V areálu průmyslové stavby vzniklo jedenáct parkovacích míst s použitím zatravňovacích dlažby a menší odpočinkový prostor s vodním prvkem, který bude využívat část dešťové vody z retenční nádrže. Kolem oplocení bylo navrženo menší stromořadí za účelem vytvoření vizuální bariéry a možného zastínění parkovacích ploch. Tato stavba by měla vypomoci snížit nároky na logistiku regionálních potravin a nabídnout nová pracovní místa místním občanům. The subject of the bachelor thesis was to design an industrial building with cooling and freezing chambers for meat, fruit and vegetables in Bohuslavice u Kyjov in the South Moravian Region on the site of a former cowshed. It is a two-floor building, dominated in height mainly by the production part with freezing and cooling chambers with a maximum clear height up to 6.6 m. The rest of the area has been divided into four sections connected to the production area. Technical area is located in the south-western part. Covered dispatch area is going to allow comfortable handling of goods in all weathers. The final, height-divided part consists of the employee spaces with an administrative area on the 2nd floor and windows facing northeastern side. The two-storey building is characterised by a particularly noticeable exterior in the form of sawtooth roofs. Their design was inspired by gable roofs typical for rural buildings, while the ridges were shifted to the north-east side to maximize area of photovoltaic panels facing the south-west site. Energy from these photovoltaic panels is going to be used to operate the refrigerated and freezer chambers. The shape of the roofs was also used in the dispatch area and the administrative area for aesthetic reasons. Sandwitch panels were used as cladding for the entire building and to differentiate its parts with two colours. Eleven parking spaces have been created on the industrial site using grass paving and a smaller rest area with a water element that will use some of the rainwater from the retention tank. Smaller trees were designed around the fencing to create a visual barrier and possible shielding of parking. This building should help to reduce logistics requirements for regional products and offer new jobs to local citizens.
