According to the energy performance certificate; a bathroom; a study; a utility room; and a separate toilet; and the hot water heating system includes a storage tank with an electric cartridge. The living rooms are cooled using internal cooling units (chillers) connected to a separate external cooling unit. Forced ventilation is designed as balanced. Ten photovoltaic panels are planned on the roof of the residential part of the house; and watering the garden. Excess rainwater is infiltrated by designed infiltration tunnel. The house is heated using a air-to-water heat pump. Floor heating is designed; as well as a large open-plan kitchen. First floor is dedicated to private living spaces; as well as fire safety and energy performance certificate. The second part of the Bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of building services and energy efficiency of the building. It describes the design of the domestic sewage system; bathroom; cooling; Czech Republic. House is designed to accommodate a family of four. The house is designed as a two-storey structured and an attached garage. The house has concrete strip foundations. All walls are designed of ceramic blocks and an external thermal insulation composite system. The floor structures are made of cast-in-place concrete and the stairs as well. Roofs of the house and the garage are both warm flat. The ground floor comprises a hall; daylight and acoustic performance; energy consumption; facing east and west. The total heat loss of the house amounts to 6; focusing on thermal insulation; from which it is used for flushing toilets; heating; including three bedrooms; moisture behavior; The Bachelor’s thesis focuses on describing the designing of an energy-efficient single-family house located in the suburb of Jihlava; the house falls into category A.; the rainwater management; toilet and a storage room. Building physics assessments were carried out; ventilation and electricity.
