Diplomová práce se zabývá změnou prostředí výrobních pracovišť prostřednictvím implementace metody 5S ve všech výrobních sektorech brněnské pobočky společnosti Bosch Rexroth, spol. s.r.o. Teoretická část představuje principy a metody štíhlé výroby. Analytická část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu pracovišť z hlediska jednotlivých pilířů metody 5S a jejich efektivity. Návrhová část se věnuje samotné implementaci metody a zhodnocuje její přínosy. The thesis deals with the change of the environment of production workplaces through the implementation of the 5S method in all production sectors of the Brno branch of Bosch Rexroth, spol. s.r.o. The theoretical part presents the principles and methods of lean manufacturing. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of the current state of workplaces in terms of individual pillars of the 5S method and their effectiveness. The design part is devoted to the implementation of the method itself and evaluates its benefits.
