Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem technologického postupu zadaného dílu. Úvod práce je věnován popisem vyráběné součásti a možnostmi výroby polotovaru. Teoretická část se věnuje rešerši frézování, vrtání, výroby závitů, broušení a tepelného zpracování. Další sekce stručně popisuje použité strojní vybavení. Dále jsou uvedeny a stručně popsány použité nástroje a měřidla. Praktická část je věnována zhotovením technologického postupu spolu s grafickým znázorněním některých operací. Také jsou uvedeny použité řezné podmínky. Závěrem byl zhodnocen navržený postup výroby. This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the technological process of the specified part. The introduction of the thesis is devoted to the description of the part to be manufactured and the possibilities of producing a semi-finished product. The theoretical part is devoted to the research of milling, drilling, thread manufacturing, grinding and heat treatment. The next section briefly describes the machinery used. The tools and gauges used are also listed and briefly described. The practical section is devoted to the preparation of the technological procedure together with a graphical representation of some operations. The cutting conditions used are also given. Finally, the proposed manufacturing procedure has been evaluated.
