Předmětem zadané bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro povolení stavby rodinného domu. Stavební pozemek se nachází v k.ú. Chrudim, v oblasti Chrudim II. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je zasazen do mírně svažitého terénu. Základové konstrukce jsou tvořeny základovými pasy ze železobetonu. Svislé konstrukce jsou navrženy z keramických broušených bloků. Instalační předstěny jsou opláštěny SDS deskami. Stropní konstrukce jsou monolitické. Zastřešení je tvořeno vegetačními střechami a z části pochozí dřevěnou terasou ze sibiřského modřínu. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the building permit of a family house. The building plot is located in the cad. Chrudim, in the area of Chrudim II. The building has two storeys and is set in a slightly sloping terrain. The foundation structures are made of reinforced concrete foundation strips. Vertical structures are designed from ceramic ground blocks. The installation bulkheads are sheathed with SDS slabs. The ceiling structures are monolithic. The roofing consists of vegetated roofs and a partly sloping wooden terrace made of Siberian larch.
