Praktická část práce zahrnuje návrh a 3D tisk mechanické struktury protézy dle open-source projektu InMoove, integraci pěti servomotorů, konstrukci individuálních FSR senzorů na špičkách prstů a zapojení elektronických komponent, včetně A/D převodníku a mikropočítače Raspberry Pi 5. Řídicí algoritmus umožňuje pohybové řízení (aferentní a eferentní část) a zároveň implementaci senzorické zpětné vazby.
This diploma thesis focuses on the design, implementation, and testing of a myoelectric prosthesis for a section of the upper limb with integrated feedback. The prosthesis is controlled based on EMG signals acquired from the surface of the user’s skin using MyoWare sensors. These signals are processed using a thresholding method that enables the detection of muscle contractions and direct control of individual fingers via servomotors. The practical part of the thesis includes the design and 3D printing of the prosthesis’s mechanical structure based on the open-source InMoove project, the integration of five servomotors, the construction of custom FSR sensors at the fingertips, and the connection of electronic components, including an A/D converter and a Raspberry Pi 5 microcomputer. The control algorithm allows for motion control (afferent and efferent pathways) and simultaneous implementation of sensory feedback. Feedback is provided through two channels: a visual LED indicator displaying the level of grip force and a vibration module that delivers real-time haptic feedback. This system offers the user more intuitive control of the prosthesis and enhances interaction with the environment. The thesis thus demonstrates the potential of a low-cost yet functionally rich system that combines biomechanics, electronics, and biological signal processing.
