Diplomová práce se zabývá modulárními frameworky, jejich využitím pro návrh evolučních algoritmů a použitím nástroje na automatickou konfiguraci parametrů algoritmů. První část práce tvoří literární rešerše, která shrnuje základní principy optimalizace a evolučních algoritmů včetně jejich parametrů, jejich automatický návrh a benchmarking. Dále jsou popsány modulární frameworky a princip automatické konfigurace pomocí nástroje irace. Druhá část práce popisuje implementaci vybraných evolučních algoritmů v rámci vybraných modulárních frameworků DEAP a ModularCMA-ES, jejich propojení s irace a testování na úlohách BBOB. Výsledky jsou následně analyzovány a zhodnoceny. This master’s thesis is focused on modular frameworks, their use in the design of evolutionary algorithms, and the application of a tool for the automatic configuration of algorithm parameters. The first part of the thesis consists of a literature review, which summarizes the fundamental principles of optimization and evolutionary algorithms, including their parameters, their automatic design, and benchmarking. Modular frameworks and the principle of automatic configuration using the irace tool are also described. The second part of the thesis details the implementation of selected evolutionary algorithms within the chosen modular frameworks DEAP and ModularCMA-ES, their integration with irace, and testing in the BBOB tasks. The results are subsequently analysed and evaluated.
