Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem elektricky vodivého silikátového kompozitu se schopností autonomního vyhřívání pro eliminaci vzniku ledu a námrazy v zimním období. Kompozit by dále měl nahradit chemické rozmrazovací prostředky pozemních komunikací, které mají negativní dopad na životní prostředí a při náhlých změnách počasí jsou použity později, než je zapotřebí. V teoretické části je shrnutá teorie vzniku stejnosměrného elektrického proudu, základním rozdělením silikátových pojiv a kompozitů, přiblížená problematika elektricky vodivé fáze v kompozitech a souhrn aktuálního stavu poznání v použití vyhřívaných kompozitů. V praktické části je navázáno na poznatky z části teoretické. Dále se praktická část věnuje posouzení vlivů expozičního prostředí, na které jsou dále stanoveny požadavky na konstrukční silikátový kompozit a na výhřevnost kompozitu, dále je poskytnut široký přehled a analýzy vhodných vstupních surovin. Z nich jsou vybrána vhodná plniva pro vytvoření konstrukčního kompozitu s výhřevnou funkcí a sestaveny receptury. Následně se praktická část věnuje výrobě zkušebních těles a stanovení reálně dosažených a požadovaných vlastností. V práci se podařilo dokázat schopnost výhřevnosti silikátového kompozitu, ale požadovaných mechanických parametrů nebylo zcela dosaženo. Bakalářská práce je vhodná jako podklad pro pokračování výzkumu v oblasti problematiky elektricky vodivých konstrukčních silikátových kompozitů. The bachelor thesis deals with the design of an electrically conductive silicate composite with the ability of autonomous heating to eliminate forming of ice during the winter season. The composite should replace the de-icing of surfaces with chemical de-icing substances, that have negative impact on the environment and in the event of sudden weather changes are used later than necessary. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the theory of forming of direct electric current, approaches basic distribution of silicate binders and composites, various types of electrically conductive phases and presents the current state of knowledge in the field of research of self-heating composites. The practical part is based on knowledge from the theoretical part. Furthermore, the practical part contains the assessment of selected effects of the exposure environment, based on which the requirements for the structural silicate composite and the calorific value of the composite are further determined. Suitable fillers are selected from these to create a structural composite with a heating function and the recipes are assembled. Subsequently, the practical part is devoted to the creating of test specimens and the determination of realistically achieved and required properties. The thesis managed to prove the calorific value of the silicate composite, but the required mechanical parameters were not fully achieved. The bachelor thesis is suitable as a basis for continuing research in the field of electrically conductive structural silicate composites.
