Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření efektivního komunikačního mixu v oblasti HR pro konkrétní mezinárodní společnost. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice náboru pracovníků, přičemž klade důraz na principy marketingu v oblasti lidských zdrojů. Ve druhé části je provedena analýza součastné situace v podniku. Na základě poznatků získaných z teoretického rámce a výsledků analýzy jsou následně navržena konkrétní opatření. Implementace těchto návrhů má přispět ke zvýšení povědomí o společnosti a pracovní pozici operátora výroby, což by mělo vést k nárůstu počtu zájemců o tuto pozici. The thesis focuses on the development of an effective communication mix in the field of human resources for a selected international company. The theoretical part addresses the issue of employee recruitment, with particular emphasis on the principles of human resource marketing. The second part presents an analysis of the current situation within the company. Based on insights derived from the theoretical framework and the findings of the analysis, specific measures are proposed. The implementation of these proposals aims to increase awareness of the company and the position of production operator, which is expected to result in a higher number of applicants for this role.
