Tato diplomová práce se věnuje návrhu a implementaci systému řízení bezpečnosti informací (ISMS) ve startupové společnosti zaměřené na vývoj zdravotnického prostředku. Součástí práce je analýza současného stavu bezpečnosti, identifikace rizik, vytvoření rizikových scénářů a návrh na bezpečnostní opatření. Dále byly zorganizovány penetrační testy, jejichž výsledky vedly k bezpečnostním změnám testovaných objektů. Významnou část tvoří příprava povinné dokumentace ISMS a návrh dalších kroků k dosažení souladu s legislativními a normativními požadavky. The diploma thesis focuses on the planning and implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in a startup company developing medical device. The thesis includes an analysis of the current security state, risk identification, creation of risk scenarios, and the proposal of security measures. Penetration tests were also organized, with their results leading to security improvements of the tested assets. A significant part of the thesis is the preparation of mandatory ISMS documentation and the proposal of further steps to achieve compliance with legislative and normative requirements.
