Tématem diplomové práce bylo zpracovat ideovou architektonickou studii na návrh obnovy areálu historického zemědělského statku v obci Únanov u Znojma. Areál je v současné době téměr nevyužíván a objekty chátrájí. Cílem bylo využít hodnotných objektů ( zámku a sýpky) pro jejich obnovu a doplnit brownfield o nové stavby včetně nové fukční náplně a využití. Architektonická studie navazuje na Předdiplomní projekt, ve kterém se zpracovávala urbanistická studie (regulační plán) jižní části obce Únanov a vychází z územního plánu a Strategie obce Únanov. Návrh využívá potenciál zanedbaného a vrací mu významné místo v životě obce. Zámek je přeměněn na komunitní centrum, které slouží jako společenské jádro, obklopené variabilním prostorem ve dvoře. V zadní části areálu vzniká terasovitý park s kavárnou, který nabízí klidnější prostor pro relaxaci a setkávání. Areál nabízí různorodé typy bydlení, které jsou navrženy tak, aby umožnily propojení různých věkových skupin – mladých rodin i seniorů. Východní část tvoří soubor domů podle principu Baugruppe, což je moderní přístup k řešení dostupného bydlení, který však není vhodný pro každého a je složitý na realizaci. Pro některé však může představovat zajímavou cestu, jak se dostat ke kvalitnímu bydlení. Celková různorodost typů bydlení umožňuje, aby si každý ideálně vybral prostředí odpovídající svým potřebám. Z hlediska architektury je kladen důraz na respekt k historickému charakteru objektů a genius loci místa. Výraz budov vychází z tradiční venkovské zástavby s jednoduchými formami a přírodními materiály, což přispívá k harmonickému propojení a přívětivému a funkčně rozmanitému prostředí v srdci obce. The topic of this thesis was to develop an architectural concept study for the revitalization of a historic agricultural estate in the village of Únanov near Znojmo. The site is currently almost unused, and the buildings are deteriorating. The goal was to preserve the valuable structures (the chateau and the granary) through restoration and to complement the brownfield with new buildings, functions, and uses. This architectural study builds upon the pre-thesis project, which involved an urban study (regulation plan) for the southern part of Únanov, and is based on the local zoning plan and the municipality’s strategic plan. The proposal harnesses the potential of the neglected site and restores its significance within the community. The chateau is transformed into a community center serving as the social core, surrounded by a flexible courtyard space. At the rear of the site, a terraced park with a café offers a quieter area for relaxation and socializing. The site offers diverse types of housing designed to connect different age groups – young families and seniors alike. The eastern part features a cluster of homes developed according to the Baugruppe principle, a modern approach to accessible housing that is complex to implement and not suitable for everyone but may offer a viable path to quality living for some. The overall diversity of housing types ensures that everyone can ideally find an environment that suits their needs. From an architectural perspective, the design respects the historic character of the buildings and the genius loci of the place. The building forms draw on traditional rural architecture with simple shapes and natural materials, contributing to a harmonious, welcoming, and functionally diverse environment at the heart of the village.
