Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou faktorů ovlivňující angažovanost dobrovolníků studentské neziskové organizace Board of European Students of Technology Brno, z.s., pomocí nauky psychologie práce. Teoretická část zahrnuje literární rešerši, která vymezuje všechny relevantní oblasti teorie problematiky angažovanosti v pracovním prostředí. Praktická část zahrnuje průzkum, analýzu a vyhodnocení zkušeností dobrovolníků organizace, zaměřených na faktory angažovanosti. Praktická část dále obsahuje dodatečné průzkumy, nutné pro objasnění zjištění průzkumu. Na základě vymezených nedostatků a příležitostí, zjištěných v praktické části, jsou pak vytvořena doporučení pozitivně ovlivňující angažovanost aktuálních potažmo budoucích dobrovolníků vybrané neziskové studentské organizace. This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of factors influencing the engagement of volunteers of the student non-profit organization Board of European Students of Technology Brno, z.s., using the theory of work psychology. The theoretical part includes a literature search that defines all relevant areas of the theory of engagement issues in the work environment. The practical part includes a survey, analysis and evaluation of the experiences of the organization's volunteers, focused on engagement factors. The practical part also includes additional surveys necessary to clarify the findings of the survey. Based on the identified shortcomings and opportunities identified in the practical part, recommendations are then created that positively influence the engagement of current and future volunteers of the selected non-profit student organization.
