Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kvantitativním studiem reakčních vln vznikajících při heterogenní katalytické reakci oxidu uhelnatého a kyslíku na platinovém povrchu. Hlavním cílem bylo sledovat šíření těchto vln pomocí metod SEM a SIMS. Pomocí SEM byl analyzován kontrast povrchu související se změnami pokrytí reaktanty, zatímco metoda SIMS poskytla prostorově rozlišené informace o chemickém složení. Jelikož SIMS obecně neposkytuje kvantitativní výsledky, byla získaná data kalibrována pomocí referenčních měření technikou LEIS. Výsledky experimentů ukazují, že kombinace těchto metod umožňuje detailně sledovat změny povrchového pokrytí během pohybu reakčních vln za různých podmínek a přispívá k lepšímu porozumění jejich dynamice. This bachelor thesis focuses on the quantitative study of reaction waves arising during the heterogeneous catalytic reaction of carbon monoxide and oxygen on a platinum surface. The main goal was to observe the propagation of these waves using SEM and SIMS techniques. SEM was used to analyze surface contrast related to changes in reactant coverage, while SIMS provided spatially resolved information on the chemical composition of the surface. Since SIMS generally does not yield quantitative data, the results were calibrated using reference measurements obtained by the LEIS technique. The experimental results show that the combination of these methods enables detailed monitoring of changes in surface coverage during the propagation of reaction waves under various conditions and contributes to a better understanding of their dynamics.
