Subjektívne údaje boli zbierané prostredníctvom wellness dotazníkov a hodnotenia vnímanej námahy (RPE), zatiaľ čo objektívne dáta pochádzali z GPS systému Catapult.
Diploma thesis focuses on the comparison of subjective and objective evaluation of sports training in the environment of professional football. Subjective data was collected through wellness questionnaires and ratings of perceived exertion (RPE), while objective data were derived from the Catapult GPS system. The aim of this thesis was to analyse the relationships between the two types of data, identify patterns of behaviour at the team, player position and individual levels and explore the possibilities of prediction of subjective workload based on objective metrics using machine learning methods. Several regression models were tested as part of the analysis, with the best Extra Trees algorithm achieved the best results. The results showed that the RPE values showed correlations with selected objective parameter parameters such as total distance, acceleration or deceleration. These findings support the practical usefulness of combining subjective and objective parameters in planning and management of the training process in professional sport.
