Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem modernizace integračního prostředí nemocničního informačního systému. V teoretické části jsou definovány klíčové pojmy v oblasti zdravotnických informačních systémů a interoperability. Analytická část hodnotí stávající stav nemocnice, včetně faktorů ovlivňujících projekt. Výsledky analýzy poskytují základ pro návrh modernizace architektury systému a v závěrečné části práce je provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení projektu. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on designing a modernisation plan for the integration environment of a hospital information system. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to health information systems and interoperability. The analytical part evaluates the current state of the hospital, including factors influencing the project. The results of the analysis serve as a basis for the proposed modernisation of the system architecture and the final part of the thesis presents an economic evaluation of the project.
