Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pořizování stavebních strojů ve stavební firmě. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány základní aspekty týkající se stavebního podniku, potřeby stavebních strojů, strategií nákupu, možností financování a kritérií pro výběr vhodného stroje. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu těchto procesů ve vybrané stavební společnosti. Konkrétně na investiční plánování, schvalování nákupů a konkrétní příklady pořízení techniky. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou formulována doporučení, jejichž cílem je zejména zlepšení výběru strojů na základě kritérií. This bachelor’s thesis addresses the issue of construction machinery acquisition within a construction company. The theoretical part examines the fundamental aspects of construction enterprises, the necessity of construction equipment, purchasing strategies, financing options, and criteria for selecting appropriate machinery. The practical part focuses on the analysis of these processes in a selected construction company, with particular attention to investment planning, purchase approval procedures, and specific examples of equipment acquisition. Based on the findings, a set of recommendations is proposed, aimed primarily at improving the selection process of machinery based on clearly defined criteria.
