Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vývojom úlohy palubného personálu v obchodnej leteckej doprave od jej počiatkov až po súčasnosť. Práca analyzuje legislatívne rámce, výcvik, bezpečnostné a servisné povinnosti palubného personálu a porovnáva historické a súčasné požiadavky na túto profesiu. Osobitná pozornosť je venovaná rozdielom medzi tradičnými, nízkonákladovými a súkromnými prevádzkovateľmi, ako aj aktuálnym trendom ako digitalizácia, zvýšené bezpečnostné nároky a ekologické iniciatívy. Práca vychádza z kombinácie odbornej literatúry, oficiálnych dokumentov a osobných skúseností autora z praxe v leteckej spoločnosti Smartwings. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the evolution of the cabin crew role in commercial aviation from its early beginnings to the present day. It analyzes the legislative framework, training, safety, and service responsibilities of cabin crew and compares historical and modern requirements. Special attention is given to differences between legacy, low-cost, and private operators, as well as current trends such as digitalization, increasing safety demands, and environmental initiatives. The thesis is based on a combination of academic sources, official documents, and the author's personal experience as a cabin crew member at Smartwings.
