Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem finančního plánu pro velkoobchod s kovy pro budoucí období 2024-2027. Práce tvořena třemi hlavními částmi. První (teoretická) část obsahuje přehled o nezbytných pojmech a metodách spojených s finančním plánováním, strategickou a finanční analýzou. Druhá (analytická) část představuje samotnou společnost, následně je provedena strategická a finanční analýza. Ve třetí (návrhové) části je sestaven finanční plán pro následující čtyři roky, který obsahuje prognózu tržeb a nákladů spolu s dalšími finančními položkami. The thesis deals with the design of a financial plan for the wholesale of metals for the future period 2024-2027. The thesis consists of three main parts. The first (theoretical) part contains an overview of the necessary concepts and methods related to financial planning, strategic and financial analysis. The second (analytical) part presents the company itself, followed by the strategic and financial analysis. In the third (draft) part, a financial plan is drawn up for the next four years, which includes a forecast of sales and costs, together with other financial items.
