Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby rodinného domu s plným podsklepením. Pro navržený objekt je zpracována projektová dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Rodinný dům je situován v jihovýchodní části města Třinec a je koncipován jako samostatně stojící objekt se dvěma nadzemními podlažími, plným suterénem a zastřešeným stáním pro dvě osobní vozidla. Stavba je navržena pro čtyřčlennou rodinu a zahrnuje jednu bytovou jednotku. Vstup do domu je orientován ze severní strany. V suterénu (1S) a prvním nadzemním podlaží (1NP) se převážně nachází komunikační a technické prostory. Klidová zóna je umístěna především v druhém nadzemním podlaží (2NP). Obytné místnosti jsou orientovány převážně na jižní stranu, čímž je zajištěno dostatečné proslunění interiéru. Objekt je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS a v nadzemních podlažích je navržen z pórobetonových tvárnic systému YTONG. Konstrukce suterénu je tvořena ztraceným bedněním vyplněným betonem. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou řešeny jako železobetonové monolitické stropy. Stavba je založena na betonových základových pásech. Dům je navržen s plochou střechou, jejíž krytina je tvořena asfaltovými povlakovými pásy. Fasáda bude dokončena silikon-silikátovou omítkou ve světle a tmavě šedých odstínech. Na jižní straně objektu je navržen hliníkový přístřešek. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a newly built family house with a full basement. The project documentation is prepared for the execution of the construction. The proposed house is located in the southeastern part of the town of Třinec and is designed as a detached building with two above-ground floors, a full basement, and a covered parking space for two vehicles. The house is intended for a four-member family and consists of a single residential unit. The main entrance is situated on the northern side of the building. The basement (1S) and the first above-ground floor (1NP) are primarily occupied by communication and utility spaces. The quiet zone is mainly located on the second above-ground floor (2NP). The living rooms are predominantly oriented to the south, ensuring sufficient natural sunlight throughout the interior. The building is insulated with an ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System). The above-ground floors are constructed from YTONG aerated concrete blocks, while the basement walls are made of permanent formwork filled with concrete. The horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The entire structure is founded on reinforced concrete strip footings. The house features a flat roof with an asphalt sheet waterproofing membrane. The façade will be finished with a combination of light and dark grey silicone-silicate render. An aluminum canopy is designed on the southern side of the building.
