Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá využitím nástrojov a metód projektového riadenia pri plánovaní vývoja softvérovej aplikácie „BackOffice“. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú, analytickú a návrhovú časť. V teoretickej časti sú vysvetlené kľúčové pojmy týkajúce sa projektového riadenia, ako aj pojmy „BackOffice“ a „softvérová aplikácia“. Analytická časť sa zameriava na prostredie podniku, uskutočniteľnosť návrhu a prínos plánovanej softvérovej aplikácie. Návrhová časť obsahuje projektové nástroje ako logický rámec, RACI maticu, RIPRAN a Ganttov diagram. Výstupom je návrh plánu vývoja, ktorý slúži ako podklad pre vývoj aplikácie. The bachelor’s thesis deals with the use of project management tools and methods in planning the development of the software application, „BackOffice“, in the environment of a small company. The thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and suggestion parts. The theoretical part explains the key concepts related to project management and the terms „BackOffice“ and „software application“. The analytical part focuses on the company’s environment, the feasibility of the project and the benefits of the planned software application. The suggestion includes project tools such as logical framework, RACI matrix, RIPRAN and Gantt chart. The output is a draft development plan that serves as the basis for application development.
