Diplomová práca sa zaoberá ekonomickým a finančným hodnotením výkonnosti spoločnosti Rudolf Jelínek a.s. pomocou finančných a strategických analýz. Na základe týchto analýz bude vytvorený návrh implementácie nástroja Balanced Scorecard s cieľom podporiť strategické riadenie a dlhodobú výkonnosť podniku. The master’s master thesis focuses on the economic and financial performance evaluation of the company Rudolf Jelínek a.s. using financial and strategic analyses, and base on that will be made the proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard tool with the aim of supporting strategic management and the long-term performance of the company.
