Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby komplexu bytových domů ve Valašském Meziříčí. Navrhované objekty mají dvě nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní. Svou plochou splňují požadavky místního území na rodinné domy. Konstrukční systém je stěnový, materiálem nosných stěn je v podzemním podlaží monolitická železobetonová stěna a v nadzemím podlaží keramické tvárnice s vnějším kontaktním zateplením. Stropní konstrukce vždy tvoří monolitické železobetonové desky. Dva bytové domy jsou zastřešeny plochou střechou a jeden šikmou valbovou střechou. V suterénu se nachází garáže, technické místnosti a skladovací prostory. V nadzemních podlažích se poté nachází jednotlivé byty. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction of a residential complex in Valašské Meziříčí. The proposed buildings have two above-ground floors and one underground floor. Their floor area meets the local zoning requirements for family houses. The structural system is wall-based; the load-bearing walls in the underground floor are made of monolithic reinforced concrete, while in the above-ground floors, they are made of ceramic blocks with external contact insulation. The floor structures are composed of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. Two of the apartment buildings have flat roofs, while one has a pitched hipped roof. The basement contains garages, technical rooms, and storage areas. The individual apartments are located on the above-ground floors.
