Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhotovení projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení a části dokumentace pro provádění. Práce navazuje na projekt zpracovaný v předmětu BGA021 – Ateliér architektonické tvorby 2 v zimním semestru 2. ročníku. Tématem studie je návrh novostavby polyfunkčního objektu v městské části Brno – Střed na rohu křižovatky Nové Sady, Hybešova, Nádražní a Hybešova. Hlavní i vedlejší budova mají funkci administrativní a komerční. Konceptem architektonického řešení bylo dotvoření uličního prostoru a vytvoření nového nároží, zároveň hmotové navázání na okolní zástavbu, jejíž výraz stavba respektuje a doplňuje. Zvolená fasáda z cihelných obkladů odkazuje na budovu Malá Amerika a je také charakteristická pro Brněnskou městskou zástavbu. První a druhé nadzemní podlaží obou objektů je využíváno jako obchodní centrum s pronajímatelnými jednotkami, součástí jsou i jednotky se zázemím pro provoz občerstvení. Vyšší podlaží jsou určena pro administrativu, každé podlaží je rozděleno do tří oddělených celků s vlastním komunikačním jádrem. V sedmém nadzemním podlaží jsou kancelářské prostory se střešními terasami. Objekty jsou zastřešeny plochou zelenou extenzivní střechou. Hlavní budova je podsklepena a je zde umístěno podzemní parkoviště. The subject of the bachelor thesis focuses on the preparation of project documentation for building permits and part of the documentation for the implementation of construction. This work follows up on a project made in the course BGA021 – Architectural Design Studio 2 in the winter semester of the 2nd year. The subject of the study is the design of a new multifunctional object in the urban district of Brno – Střed at the intersection of streets Nové Sady, Hybešova, Nádražní and Hybešova. The main and secondary buildings are used for administrative and commercial purposes. The concept of the architectural design was to complete the street space and create a new corner, simultaneously connecting to the surrounding buildings, the form of which the building respects and complements. The selected facade of brick cladding refers to the Malá Amerika building and is characteristic for Brno's urban development. The first and second floors of both buildings are used as a shopping center with units for rent, including units with facilities for catering. The upper floors are intended for administration, each floor is divided into three separate units with their own communication core. On the seventh floor there are office spaces with roof terraces. The buildings are roofed with a flat green extensive rooftop. The main building has a basement with an underground parking lot.
