Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zajištění kvality v oblasti zakázkové výroby komponent pro automobilový průmysl. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat současný stav řízení kvality vybraného výrobku a navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení jeho stabilitu a spolehlivosti výroby. V práci je aplikován systematický přístup založený na cyklickém zlepšování a využití metod statistického řízení procesů. Důraz je kladen na praktickou proveditelnost navrženého řešení v podmínkách konkrétního podniku. Výsledkem práce je návrh implementace systému, který přispívá ke zvýšení efektivity výstupní kontroly a umožňuje včasné odhalení odchylek v procesu. V závěru jsou diskutovány možnosti dalšího rozvoje systému kvality v návaznosti na získané poznatky. This thesis addresses the issue of quality assurance in the context of custom manufacturing of components for the automotive industry. The aim of the work was to analyze the current state of quality management for a selected product and to propose measures aimed at improving the stability and reliability of its production. A systematic approach based on continuous improvement cycles and the use of statistical process control methods is applied throughout the thesis. Emphasis is placed on the practical feasibility of the proposed solution within the specific conditions of the company. The outcome of the work is a proposal for the implementation of a system that enhances the effectiveness of final inspection and enables timely detection of deviations in the process. The concluding section discusses possibilities for further development of the quality system based on the insights gained.
