Cílem této práce je otestovat resilienci vůči poškozeným datům a přístupy k augmentaci trénovacích dat na existujících modelech neuronových sítí používaných ke klasifikaci 3D objektů. Zvolenými modely jsou PointMLP, Curvenet a PointBERT, pracující s mračny bodů.
The goal of this thesis is to test resiliency against damaged data and approaches to training data augmentation using existing neural network models used for 3D object classification. The chosen models are PointMLP, Curvenet and PointBERT, all of them using point cloud data. Models were trained on a subset of the OmniObject3D dataset containing 50 object categories. I have found that adding damaged models to the training dataset can largely mitigate accuracy losses on the damaged data. The largest impact on classification accuracy has been achieved by erasing parts of objects in the training data. The PointMLP model managed to achieve 90.04 % accuracy on the base testing dataset using this augmentation.
