V experimentální části byly předem připravené chitosanové scaffoldy modifikovány pomocí dvou typů plazmových trysek (HelixJet a kapilární tryska), a následně charakterizovány spektrometrickými, termogravimetrickými a reologickými metodami. Výsledky ukázaly, že plazmová modifikace významně ovlivňuje chemické a mechanické vlastnosti scaffoldů. Došlo ke zvýšení koncentrace reaktivních sloučenin kyslíku a dusíku (RONS) a k mírnému nárůstu mechanické stability. Tyto změny potvrzují potenciál plazmově modifikovaných chitosanových hydrogelů pro použití v biomedicínských aplikacích.
This bachelor thesis focuses on the plasma modification of chitosan-based hydrogel scaffolds prepared by 3D printing. The aim of the study was to investigate the influence of cold atmospheric plasma jets on the properties of these materials. The theoretical part provides a literature review on hydrogels, plasma modification techniques and their biomedical applications. In the experimental part, pre-prepared chitosan scaffolds were modified using two types of cold plasma jets (HelixJet and a capillary plasma jet) and subsequently characterized by spectrometric methods, thermogravimetric analysis and rheological measurements. The results showed that plasma modification significantly affects the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the scaffolds and promotes the formation of reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (RONS) which has the potential to improve their biomedical properties.
