Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením podnikových rizik v rámci implementace konkrétní změny ve vybraném podniku. V úvodní části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky vztahující se k dané problematice. V druhém kroku jsou provedeny strategické analýzy, které hodnotí podnikatelské prostředí dané organizace. Na základě získaných poznatků je následně navržen konkrétní plán změny, který využívá Lewinův model řízené změny a zároveň zohledňuje a řídí rizika pomocí procesu řízení podnikových rizik. Cílem navržené změny je reagovat na identifikovaný problém a podpořit tak zlepšení postavení společnosti na trhu. The thesis focuses on enterprise risk management within the implementation of a specific change in a selected company. The introductory part summarizes the theoretical background related to the topic. The second step involves conducting strategic analyses that assess the business environment of the organization. Based on the insights gained, a concrete change plan is proposed, which applies Lewin’s model of planned change and simultaneously considers and manages risks through the enterprise risk management process. The goal of the proposed change is to respond to the identified problem and thereby support the improvement of the company’s market position.
