Bakalářská práce hodnotí finanční situaci společnosti SAPELI, a.s. v období 2019–2023 pomocí vybraných metod finanční analýzy. Cílem je identifikovat silné a slabé stránky hospodaření podniku a navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení jeho finančního zdraví. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy a ukazatele finanční analýzy. V praktické části jsou analyzovány účetní výkazy společnosti a hodnoceny ukazatele rentability, likvidity, aktivity a zadluženosti. Součástí práce je rovněž analýza vnějších a vnitřních faktorů prostřednictvím PESTLE, SWOT a Porterova modelu. Na základě výsledků jsou navržena doporučení směřující k posílení finanční stability společnosti. The bachelor thesis evaluates the financial situation of SAPELI, a.s. for the period 2019–2023 using selected methods of financial analysis. The aim is to identify strengths and weaknesses in the company’s performance and propose measures to improve its financial health. The theoretical part introduces key concepts and indicators of financial analysis. The practical part analyzes the company’s financial statements and evaluates profitability, liquidity, activity, and indebtedness. The thesis also includes an assessment of internal and external factors using PESTLE, SWOT, and Porter’s model. Based on the results, recommendations are proposed to strengthen the company’s financial stability.
