Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou lattice štruktúr a ich potenciálnym využitím v medicíne, hlavne pre návrh individualizovaných implantátov. Cieľom práce bolo vytvorenie algoritmu pre generovanie modelov geometrie vybraných lattice štruktúr, konkrétne trojnásobne periodických minimálnych plôch (TPMS), a následné vyhotovenie deformačno-napäťových analýz, na základe ktorých je možné posúdiť ich mechanické správanie. V teoretickej časti je vykonaná rešerš súčasného stavu poznania v oblasti lattice štruktúr, používaných materiálov, výrobných technológií a využitia v medicíne. Praktická časť sa venuje implementácii algoritmu v programovom prostredí MATLAB, ktorý umožňuje generovanie modelov geometrie rôznych typov TPMS štruktúr. U vybraných štruktúr (Gyroid a Diamond) bola vykonaná deformačno-napäťová analýza, ktorej stavy boli určené pomocou výpočtového modelovania Metódou konečných prvkov (MKP) v softvéri ANSYS, a následne boli skúmané ich mechanické vlastnosti v závislosti na geometrických parametroch, ako je hrúbka steny a veľkosť dutín. Výsledkom bola aproximovaná lineárna závislosť zdanlivého modulu pružnosti na hrúbke steny a mocninová závislosť zdanlivého modulu pružnosti na veľkosti dutín štruktúry. Pre porovnanie výpočtových modelov bola vykonaná experimentálna tlaková skúška na 3D tlačených vzorkách typu Gyroid, ktorá vykazovala zhodu s hodnotami určenými pomocou MKP. Záver zhrňuje dosiahnuté poznatky a navrhuje možnosti ďalšieho výskumu, predovšetkým v oblasti gradientových štruktúr. This bachelor’s thesis addresses the topic of lattice structures and their potential use in medicine, primarily for designing individualized implants. The aim of the thesis was to create an algorithm for generating geometric models of selected lattice structures, specifically triply periodic minimal surfaces (TPMS), and subsequently to perform deformation-stress analyses to evaluate their mechanical behavior. The theoretical part includes a literature review of the current state of knowledge in the field of lattice structures, commonly used materials, manufacturing technologies, and medical applications. The practical part focuses on the implementation of the algorithm in the MATLAB programming environment, which enables the generation of geometric models for various types of TPMS structures. Stress-strain analyses were performed on selected structures (Gyroid and Diamond), with their states determined using Finite Element Method (FEM) computational modeling in ANSYS software. Subsequently, their mechanical properties were investigated in relation to geometric parameters such as wall thickness and pore size. The results showed an approximated linear dependence of the apparent modulus of elasticity on wall thickness and a power-law dependence of the apparent modulus of elasticity on the pore size of the structure. To compare the computational models, an experimental compression test was performed on 3D-printed Gyroid samples, which showed agreement with the values determined by FEM. The conclusion summarizes the findings and proposes possibilities for further research, particularly in the area of gradient structures.
