Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací AI chatbota pro podporu uživatelů v prostředí SIMU v Brně. Práce shrnuje teoretická východiska v oblasti chatbotů, analyzuje současné trendy a dostupná řešení a navrhuje konkrétní architekturu chatbota s využitím platformy Botpress. V praktické části je popsán vlastní postup od specifikace požadavků přes návrh dialogů až po integraci datových zdrojů. Výsledkem je funkční prototyp chatbota přizpůsobený potřebám SIMU. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design and implementation of an AI chatbot for user support at SIMU in Brno. The work summarizes theoretical foundations in the field of chatbots, analyzes current trends and available solutions, and proposes a specific chatbot architecture using the Botpress platform. The practical part describes the actual procedure from specifying requirements through designing dialogs to integrating data sources. The result is a functional chatbot prototype tailored to SIMU’s needs.
