Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování určené části projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby částečně podsklepeného rodinného domu v obci Rohatec. Novostavba je navržena jako dvoupodlažní pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Objekt je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou navrženy z keramických broušených tvárnic systému Porotherm, zvenku zateplené kontaktním systémem ETICS. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou řešeny jako monolitické z železobetonu. Objekt je nad hlavní částí zastřešen sedlovou střechou ve sklonu 18°, nad druhou částí zastřešen střechou plochou. Hlavní vstup je napojen na zpevněnou plochu pro venkovní parkování a nachází se na severovýchodní straně v 1NP. Rodinný dům je dispozičně rozdělen na klidovou, obytnou část a technické zázemí. The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the processing of a designated part of the project documentation for the construction of a partially basemented family house in the village of Rohatec. The new building is designed as a two-story house for a family of four. The building is founded on strip foundations made of plain concrete. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from ceramic ground blocks of the Porotherm system, externally insulated with the ETICS contact system. The horizontal structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a pitched roof with an 18° slope over the main part, and a flat roof over the second part. The main entrance is connected to a paved area for outdoor parking and is located on the northeast side on the ground floor (1NP). The family house is spatially divided into a quiet residential part and technical facilities.
