Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace rodinného domu s provozovnou – kadeřnictví. Dům je navržen v okrajové části obce Jankovice v nové zástavbové lokalitě – U Hájíčku. Rodinný dům má jedno nadzemní podlaží s částečným podsklepením zapuštěným do terénu. Součástí objektu je garáž pro dvě osobní auta. Stavba je založena na základových pásech se ztraceným bedněním. Objekt je zastřešen těžkou střešní krytinou, kterou tvoří betonová střešní taška. Konstrukční systém objektu tvoří keramická broušená tvárnice, objekt je zateplen zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou řešeny pomocí předpjatých dutinových stropních panelů SPIROLL. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a family house with a business premises – a hair salon. The house is designed in the outskirts of the village of Jankovice, in a new residential area called "U Hájíčku." The family house has one above-ground floor with a partially underground basement embedded into the terrain. The building includes a garage for two passenger cars. The structure is founded on strip foundations with permanent formwork. The roof is covered with a heavy roofing material, specifically concrete roof tiles. The structural system of the building consists of ceramic precision-ground blocks, and the building is insulated using the ETICS insulation system. The horizontal load-bearing structures are designed using prestressed hollow core ceiling panels (SPIROLL).
