Cílem této práce je vyhotovení informačního modelu technického zařízení budovy (TZB) a jeho vizualizace. Podkladem bylo pořízené mračno bodů v kombinaci s původní výkresovou dokumentací a vytvořenou fotodokumentací. Objekt byl modelován v softwaru Autodesk Revit 2023. Model TZB byl v průběhu přizpůsobován již existujícímu BIM modelu budovy. Na závěr byl model vizualizován ve webové aplikaci Trimble Connect s popisem její využití pro správu budovy. The aim of this thesis is to create an information model of the building's technical systems (MEP) and its visualization. The model was based on a point cloud survey combined with the original design documentation and newly created photo documentation. The building was modeled using Autodesk Revit 2023. The MEP model was continuously adapted to align with the existing BIM model of the building. Finally, the model was visualized in the Trimble Connect web application, including a description of its use for building management.
