Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem vybraných emulgátorů a metod emulzifikace na stabilitu krmných emulzí pro včely medonosné (Apis mellifera) a jejich možným dopadem na zdraví včel. Vzhledem k nedostatku dostupných informací o použití emulgátorů ve včelařství byly testovány různé typy a koncentrace emulgátorů v kombinaci s lipidovými bázemi a technologiemi emulzifikace (protřepání, vortexování, homogenizace). Stabilní emulze byly dále testovány na živých včelách v klíckových pokusech, kde byla sledována mortalita a spotřeba krmiva po dobu 14 až 21 dní. Výsledky potvrzují, že stabilita emulzí závisí na typu emulgátoru i způsobu přípravy, a ukazují, že některé emulze nemají negativní vliv na zdraví včel. Práce přináší nové poznatky pro vývoj doplňkových krmných směsí ve včelařství. This thesis focuses on the effect of selected emulsifiers and emulsification methods on the stability of feeding emulsions intended for honey bees (Apis mellifera) and their potential impact on bee health. Due to the limited availability of information on the use of emulsifiers in beekeeping, various types and concentrations of emulsifiers were tested in combination with lipid bases and different emulsification techniques (shaking, vortexing, homogenization). The more stable emulsions were subsequently tested on live bees in cage experiments, where mortality and feed consumption were monitored over a period of 14 to 21 days. The results confirm that the stability of emulsions depends on both the type of emulsifier and the method of preparation, and show that some emulsions can be used without negatively affecting bee health. The thesis provides new insights useful for the development of supplementary feed mixtures in beekeeping.
