Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice harassmentu v sociální práci, konkrétně obtěžování sociálních pracovníků ze strany sociálně exkludovaných klientů. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat a popsat projevy tohoto nežádoucího chování, zhodnotit jejich dopad na pracovníky a analyzovat strategie, které pracovníci využívají k prevenci a zvládání těchto situací. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy jako harassment, sociální exkluze, copingové strategie a profesní hranice. Pozornost je věnována také psychickým a fyzickým dopadům, které může harassment mít na sociální pracovníky. Výzkumná část je založena na kvantitativním šetření formou anonymního online dotazníku, který byl distribuován mezi sociální pracovníky působící v Jihočeském kraji. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že většina respondentů se s nějakou formou harassmentu setkala. Nejčastějšími projevy byly verbální útoky, ponižování, výhrůžky a nepřiměřené komentáře. Respondenti uváděli, že tyto zkušenosti vedou k psychickému vyčerpání, snížení motivace k práci a mohou vyústit až v profesní vyhoření. Mezi nejčastěji využívané strategie zvládání patří podpora kolegů, supervize a potřeba institucionální opory. Práce přináší doporučení pro praxi, která mohou přispět ke zvýšení ochrany pracovníků a zlepšení pracovních podmínek v sociálních službách. This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of harassment in social work, specifically the harassment of social workers by socially excluded clients. The main aim of the thesis was to identify and describe the manifestations of such behavior, assess its impact on social workers, and analyze the strategies they use to prevent and cope with these situations. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part defines key concepts such as harassment, social exclusion, coping strategies, and professional boundaries. It also explores the psychological and physical consequences of harassment for social workers. The empirical part is based on quantitative research conducted through an anonymous online questionnaire distributed to social workers in the South Bohemian Region. The findings indicate that most respondents have encountered some form of harassment in their professional practice. The most common forms were verbal abuse, threats, humiliation, and inappropriate comments. Respondents reported that these experiences lead to psychological exhaustion, reduced work motivation, and in some cases, professional burnout. Among the most frequently used coping strategies were peer support, supervision, and the need for institutional assistance. The thesis offers practical recommendations that can help increase the protection of workers and improve the working conditions in social services.
