Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá percepcí integrace cizinců v České republice z pohledu mladých lidí a budoucích sociálních pracovníků studujících na Zdravotně sociální fakultě Jihočeské univerzity. Teoretická část vymezuje klíčové pojmy a analyzuje postoje české společnosti k cizincům a procesu integrace. Dále se zaměřuje na faktory ovlivňující názory mladé generace na tuto problematiku, přičemž poukazuje na roli médií a vliv stereotypů. Součástí práce je také zhodnocení připravenosti budoucích sociálních pracovníků na práci s cizinci. Empirická část se věnuje srovnání obou pohledů s cílem identifikovat hlavní rozdíly i společné znaky. Výsledky mohou přispět k lepšímu pochopení tohoto sociálního jevu a podpořit efektivnější integrační strategie This bachelor's thesis examines the perception of foreigners' integration in the Czech Republic from the perspective of young people and future social workers studying at the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, University of South Bohemia. The theoretical part defines key concepts and analyzes the attitudes of Czech society towards foreigners and the integration process. Furthermore, it focuses on the factors influencing the views of the young generation on this issue, highlighting the role of the media and the impact of stereotypes. The thesis also evaluates the preparedness of future social workers to work with foreigners. The empirical part compares both perspectives to identify key differences and commonalities. The results may contribute to a better understanding of this social phenomenon and support more effective integration strategies.
