[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Raynaudova fenoménu a možnostmi jeho terapeutického ovlivnění pomocí fyzikální terapie, především se pak věnuje vakuum kompresní terapii v léčbě tohoto onemocnění. Teoretická část je členěna do tří kapitol, první se věnuje cévní soustavě a cévnímu systému ruky, druhá část rozvádí problematiku Raynaudova fenoménu. Poslední úsek se zabývá fyzikální terapií a formami vhodnými k terapii Raynaudova fenoménu. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na vliv vakuum-kompresní terapie na obraz a průběh Raynaudova fenoménu. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo pět osob s diagnózou primárního i sekundárního Raynaudova fenoménu, přičemž podmínkou byly příznaky tohoto onemocnění projevující se na akrech horních končetin. Všichni účastníci podepsali informovaný souhlas a byli poučeni o průběhu výzkumu, jeho možných benefitech a rizicích. Výzkum je zpracován formou kazuistik, které obsahují anamnézu, popis vývoje onemocnění v čase a výsledky výzkumu. Ten se skládá ze vstupního vyšetření, terapie a výstupního vyšetření. Vstupní a výstupní vyšetření bylo realizováno chladovým vodním testem s prstovou pletysmografií a dotazníkovým šetřením s následným porovnáním výsledků před terapií a šest měsíců po jejím absolvování. Terapie sestávala z deseti sezení, při nichž podstoupili účastníci výzkumu vakuum kompresní terapii aplikovanou v oblasti horních končetin. Celková doba trvání výzkumu činila sedm měsíců. Po absolvování vakuum-kompresní terapie došlo ke zlepšení pletysmografického nálezu u všech účastníků výzkumu. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření a subjektivní vnímání přínosu terapie byly sporné. Tato bakalářská práce by mohla v budoucnu přispět k rozšíření povědomí o možnostech fyzikální terapie jako vhodného léčebného doplňku k již stávající farmakologické léčbě (nejen) Raynaudova fenoménu.This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of Raynaud's phenomenon and the possibilities of its therapeutic influence through physical therapy, with a particular focus on vacuum compression therapy in the treatment of this condition. The theoretical part is divided into three sections. The first section discusses the vascular system and the circulatory system of the hand. The second section elaborates on the issue of Raynaud's phenomenon, while the final chapter deals with physical therapy and the forms suitable for the treatment of Raynaud's phenomenon. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis focuses on the effect of vacuum-compression therapy on the presentation and progression of Raynaud's phenomenon. The study involved five individuals diagnosed with either primary or secondary Raynaud's phenomenon, with the condition manifesting in the upper extremities as a prerequisite. All participants signed informed consent and were instructed on the course of the study, as well as its potential benefits and risks. The research is presented in the form of case studies, which include patient history, a description of the disease progression over time, and research findings. The study consisted of an initial examination, therapy, and a final examination. The initial and final examinations were conducted using a cold water test with finger plethysmography and a questionnaire survey, comparing results before and six months after completing the therapy. The therapy consisted of ten sessions, during which the research participants underwent vacuum-compression therapy applied to the upper extremities. The total duration of the study was seven months. After completing the vacuum-compression therapy, all participants showed an improvement in plethysmographic findings. However, the results of the questionnaire survey and the subjective perception of the therapy's benefits were inconclusive. The completion of this bachelor's thesis could contribute to raising awareness of the possibilities of physical therapy as a suitable complementary treatment to the existing pharmacological therapy for (not only) Raynaud's phenomenon.
