Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na postavení žen v Hasičském záchranném sboru České republiky (HZS ČR) a na postoje laické veřejnosti k působení žen ve výjezdových jednotkách. V teoretické části práce je představena historie HZS ČR, podmínky pro přijetí, organizační struktura, legislativní rámec a srovnání s vybranými zahraničními zeměmi. Cílem předložené bakalářské práce je analyzovat míru podpory a postoje veřejnosti vůči ženám ve výjezdových jednotkách HZS ČR napříč různými věkovými skupinami. Výsledků bylo dosaženo pomocí dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru s hasičkou Lenkou Slunečkovou. This bachelor thesis focuses on the position of women in the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic and the attitudes of the general public towards women in the fire brigade. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the history of the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic, conditions for admission, organisational structure, legislative framework and comparison with selected foreign countries. The aim of the presented bachelor thesis is to analyse the level of support and attitudes of the public towards women in the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic across different age groups. The results were achieved through a questionnaire survey and an interview with a female firefighter, Lenka Slunečková.
