Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vliv biostimulantů na výnos bobu obecného. Polo-provozní pokus byl založen na farmě ve Lništích. Pokus se skládal z pěti variant. Osivo bylo ošetřeno inokulantem Nitrazon a stimulačními přípravky Fulhum a Germin. Při pokusu byl sledován počet rostlin na m2, počet lusků na rostlině, počet semen v lusku, hmotnost tisíce semen, obsah dusíkatých látek, výnos zrna a ekonomické zhodnocení. Nejvyššího výnosu zrna dosáhla čtvrtá varianta s inokulací a stimulací Germinem. Nejvyššího obsahu dusíkatých látek dosáhla první varianta bez ošetření osiva. Varianty s inokulací a stimulací osiva jsou ekonomicky výhodnější oproti kontrole a samotné inokulaci osiva. The diploma thesis focuses on the influence of biostimulants on the yield of broad beans. The semi-operational experiment was based on a farm in Lniště. The experiment consisted of five variants. The seed was treated with the inoculant Nitrazon and the stimulants Fulhum and Germin. The experiment monitored the number of plants per m2, the number of pods per plant, the number of seeds in the pod, the weight of a thousand seeds, the content of nitrogen substances, grain yield and economic evaluation. The highest grain yield was achieved by the fourth variant with inoculation and stimulation with Germin. The highest content of nitrogen substances was achieved by the first variant without seed treatment. Variants with inoculation and seed stimulation are economically more advantageous compared to the control and seed inoculation alone.
