Tato diplomová práce se zabývá kontrolou vybraných vlastností tiskové struny (fi-lamentu) používané v technologii FDM 3D tisku, pomocí metody analýzy obrazu. Hlavním cílem bylo navrhnout a sestrojit funkční zařízení pro optické sledování filamentu a následně vytvořit algoritmus, který umožní měření jeho průměru v re-álném čase. V práci je popsán celý vývoj držáku kamery i softwarového řešení včetně kódu pro detekci hran a vyhodnocování odchylek. Výsledky ukazují, že navržený systém dokáže spolehlivě identifikovat vady materiálu, jako jsou deformace nebo změny průměru, což může výrazně přispět ke zvýšení kvality a spolehlivosti FDM tisku. This thesis deals with the control of selected properties of the printing string (fila-ment) used in FDM 3D printing technology, using the method of image analysis. The main objective was to design and build a functional device for optical tracking of the filament and then to develop an algorithm that allows to measure its diameter in real time. The entire development of the camera holder and the software solution is described in this thesis, including the code for edge detection and deviation eva-luation. The results show that the proposed system can reliably identify material defects such as deformations or diameter changes, which can significantly contribu-te to the quality and reliability of FDM printing.
