Barbora Homonická Pyšková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s pertrochanterickou frakturou femuru Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování teoretických poznatků o pertrochanterických frakturách femuru a jejím operačním řešení a zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metody: Tato práce vznikla na základě souvislé odborné praxe ve Fakultní Thomayerově nemocnici v Praze v období od 20. 1. do 14. 2. 2025. Obecná část práce shrnuje teoretické poznatky o anatomii kyčelního kloubu, problematice zlomenin proximálního femuru, jejich chirurgickém řešení a souvisejících fyzioterapeutických postupech. Speciální část prezentuje kazuistiku pacienta po pertrochanterické fraktuře femuru, zahrnující anamnézu, vstupní a výstupní kineziologické vyšetření, průběh terapie a zhodnocení jejího efektu. Výsledky: Fyzioterapeutická péče vedla ke zlepšení pacientova stavu a realizaci většiny cílů stanovených v krátkodobém terapeutickém plánu. Barbora Homonická Pyšková Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with a pertrochanteric femoral fracture Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate theoretical knowledge about pertrochanteric femur fractures and their surgical treatment and to process a case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with this diagnosis. Methods: This thesis was written based on continuous professional practice at the Fakultní Thomayerova nemocnice in Prague during the period from 20 January to 14 February 2025. The general part of the thesis summarizes theoretical knowledge of the anatomy of the hip joint, issues related to proximal femoral fractures, their surgical treatment, and associated physiotherapeutic procedures. The special part presents a case study of a patient after pertrochanteric femoral fracture, including medical history, initial and final kinesiological examination, course of therapy, and evaluation of its effect. Results: The physiotherapy treatment led to an improvement in the patient's condition and the achievement of most of the goals set out in the short-term therapeutic plan.
