Svatava Neuwirthová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po oboustranné amputaci dolních končetin Cíle: Cílem teoretické části práce je zpracovat problematiku amputace dolní končetiny včetně jejích patokineziologických důsledků na chůzi, možnosti využití různých druhů protetických kolenních kloubů a představení fyzioterapeutické i jiné rehabilitační péče po amputaci dolní končetiny. Cílem speciální části je vypracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po bilaterální transfemorální amputaci, včetně zhodnocení efektu terapie. Metody: Teoretická část práce je zpracována prostřednictvím rešerše literárních zdrojů a odborných vědeckých článků v anglickém a českém jazyce. Ve speciální části byly využity teoretické i praktické znalosti a dovednosti, které svým rozsahem odpovídají bakalářskému studiu fyzioterapie. Kazuistika byla zpracována v rámci souvislé odborné praxe na Rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky. Výsledky: V teoretické části práce byla zpracována problematika amputace dolní končetiny spolu se všemi dílčími částmi. V praktické části byla zpracována kazuistika včetně zhodnocení terapie. Největší zlepšení je pozorovatelné v chůzi s protézami, kde došlo ke zvýšení vzdálenosti, kterou je schopen pacient ujít, i ke zlepšení... Author: Lucie Hliňáková Supervisor: Mgr. Svatava Neuwirthová Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after bilateral lower limb amputation Objective: The aim of the theoretical part of this thesis is to describe the topic of lower limb amputation, including its pathokinesiological effects on gait, the possibilities of using various types of prosthetic knee joints, and an overview of physiotherapeutic and other rehabilitation care following lower limb amputation. The aim of the special (practical) part is to develop a case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after bilateral transfemoral amputation, including an evaluation of the therapeutic outcomes. Methods: The theoretical section was compiled through a literature review of academic sources and professional scientific articles in both English and Czech. In the special section, both theoretical and practical knowledge and skills were applied, corresponding in scope to the requirements of a bachelor's degree in physiotherapy. The case study was developed within the framework of practical training at the Malvazinky Rehabilitation Clinic.
