Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po plastice předního zkříženého vazu kolenního kloubu Cíl: Teoretická část této bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na komplexní přehled problematiky poranění předního zkříženého vazu kolenního kloubu. V této části jsou podrobně rozebrány příčiny těchto poranění, různé přístupy k jejich léčbě a moderní fyzioterapeutické metody, které se využívají při rehabilitaci po chirurgické rekonstrukci tohoto vazu. Praktickou část tvoří kazuistika pacienta s touto diagnózou, jejímž cílem je analýza a porovnání vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru jako ukazatele úspěšnosti terapie. Metody: Teoretická část práce byla zpracována na základě dostupné literatury, především nedávno publikovaných odborných článků souvisejících s tématem. Použité zdroje jsou uvedeny v seznamu literatury a citovány podle citační normy APA 7. Praktická část vychází z odborné praxe absolvované v období od 6. do 31. ledna 2025 v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu s.r.o. pod odborným vedením Mgr. Pavlíny Těšitelové. Výsledky: Teoretická část práce odpovídá stanoveným cílům, obsahuje přehled problematiky, možností léčby a srovnání rehabilitačních metod využívaných pro danou diagnózu na základě aktuální odborné literatury. It provides a detailed analysis of the causes of these injuries, various treatment approaches, and modern physiotherapeutic methods used in rehabilitation following surgical reconstruction of the ligament. The practical part consists of a case study of a patient with this diagnosis, aiming to analyze and compare the initial and final kinesiological assessment as an indicator of therapy effectiveness. Methods: The theoretical part of the thesis was developed based on available literature, primarily recently published academic articles related to the topic. The sources used are listed in the bibliography and cited according to the APA 7 citation standard.
