Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout moderní soubor studentských kolejí, který bude splňovat současné standardy na kvalitu ubytování a vhodně rozšíří brněnskou síť univerzitních kolejí. Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku umístění souboru budov v rámci stabilizovaného území, kde bude svými službami obohacovat jak ubytované studenty, tak i obyvatele žijící v blízkosti. Výsledný návrh nabízí ubytování s vyšším standardem. Tradičním, avšak hravým způsobem reaguje na okolní zástavbu. Zvolená lokalita se také nachází nedaleko od několika fakult, které nemají v blízkosti své vlastní koleje, proto je svou dostupností lákavá pro mnoho stávajících i budoucích studentů vysokých škol. Navržené řešení také uvažuje o potenciálním rozvoji oblasti, změn potřeb obyvatelstva a možnosti konverze v budoucnosti. The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is to design a modern set of student dormitories, that will meet current standards of quality of living and will suitably expand the student housing network in Brno. The thesis focuses on the issue of designing a lerger set of buildings within a stabilized area, where it enriches both the accommodated students and the residents living nearby. The resulting proposal offers dormitories with a higher standard of living. It reacts to the surrounding development in a traditional but playful way. The chosen location is also close-by to several faculties that do not have their own dormitories nearby, so its accessibility makes it attractive to many current and future university students. The proposed design also considers the potential development of the area, changes in population needs and the possibility of conversion in the future.
