[cze][eng] Úvod: Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na management práce anesteziologických sester v kontextu celkové anestezie. Podrobněji se věnuje jejich specifickým činnostem, připravenosti na zvládání komplikací a spolupráci s ostatními členy multidisciplinárního týmu. Anesteziologické sestry hrají klíčovou roli v celém perioperačním procesu. Cíl práce: Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zmapovat práci anesteziologických sester v rámci celkové anestezie. Metodika: Ke zodpovězení cílů práce bylo zvoleno výzkumné šetření kombinující kvantitativní a kvalitativní přístup. Kvantitativní data byla získána prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření mezi anesteziologickými sestrami ve vybraných nemocnicích Jihočeského kraje, zatímco kvalitativní část výzkumu byla realizována polostrukturovanými rozhovory s vybranými informanty. Kvantitativní data byla analyzována pomocí statistických metod a kvalitativní data pomocí otevřeného kódování. Výsledky: Výzkum potvrdil, že anesteziologické sestry se aktivně podílejí na všech fázích celkové anestezie a jejich činnosti zahrnují široké spektrum odborných úkonů. Většina respondentů se považuje za dobře připravené na krizové situace, přičemž klíčovou roli hraje odborná praxe a odborná školení. Simulační tréninky a kontinuální vzdělávání zvyšují schopnost efektivní reakce. Dále bylo zjištěno, že spolupráce mezi anesteziologickými sestrami a anesteziology je obecně vnímána pozitivně a většina respondentů ji hodnotí jako funkční a efektivní. Statistická analýza dat ukázala, že připravenost anesteziologických sester na řešení komplikací se zvyšuje jak s délkou praxe na anesteziologickém pracovišti, tak s celkovou délkou praxe ve zdravotnictví. Závěr: Tato práce poukázala na to, že anesteziologické sestry jsou nepostradatelnou součástí perioperační péče. Jejich role však vyžaduje nejen odborné znalosti, ale i schopnost rychlého rozhodování, efektivní komunikace a týmové spolupráce. Získaná data mohou přispět k dalšímu rozvoji profese a sloužit jako podklad pro zkvalitnění výuky a pracovních postupů v klinické praxi.Introduction: The thesis focuses on the management of work of anesthesia nurses in the context of general anesthesia. In more detail, it explores their specific tasks, preparedness for managing complications and collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team. Anesthesia nurses play a key role throughout the entire perioperative process. Objective: The aim of the thesis was to map the work of anesthesia nurses within the framework of general anesthesia. Methodology: To achieve the objectives, a research survey combining both quantitative and qualitative approaches was chosen. Quantitative data were collected through a survey among anesthesia nurses in the selected hospitals in the South Bohemian Region, while the qualitative part of the research was carried out through semi-structured interviews with selected informants. Quantitative data were analyzed using statistical methods, and qualitative data were analyzed using open coding. Results: The research confirmed that anesthesia nurses actively participate in all phases of general anesthesia and their tasks cover a wide range of professional tasks. Most respondents consider themselves well-prepared for crisis situations, with professional experience and specialized training playing a key role. Simulation training and continuous education enhance their ability to respond effectively. Furthermore, it was found that cooperation between anesthesia nurses and anesthesiologists is generally perceived positively, with most respondents rating it as functional and effective. Statistical data analysis showed that preparedness of anesthesia nurses for dealing with complications increases with both their length of practice in anesthesia departments and their overall experience in healthcare. Conclusion: The thesis highlighted that anesthesia nurses are an indispensable part of perioperative care. Their role requires not only professional knowledge but also the ability to make quick decisions, communicate effectively and teamwork. The data obtained may contribute to further development of the profession and serve as a basis for improving education and work procedures in clinical practice.
